the room was really spacious and clean. The bathroom has a bathtub, with double vanity and was big. Staff is nice and accommodating.

some staff talk really loudly and we can hear noises from upstairs but were quickly managed when we reported it. No strict rules on drying up after swimming for guests so the floor was always wet.

The pool and that very comfortable bed.

The restaurant only have a few options available

The customer service person i spoke with over the phone told us that our room will be at the ground floor, but we ended up at the 3rd floor, the room at the 3rd floor was overall okay.. what disappointed me was the wrong set of expectations given to us.

We loved the jet pool and the pool! The room was great and very spacious. We liked that there was a balcony available so we can dry our clothes. The location is perfect as well and is near must-eat spots in Clark!

Our original room had a faulty aircon. It was very hot and the bed was quite noisy. Good thing that the hotel allowed us to move rooms that's just next door :)

The place was great. Room was very clean.

Everything was good except for the part when we checked in at 2 p.m. which was the check in time on on our booking.com reservation but the staff at the front desk told us that check in time was at 3 p.m. and wanted to charge us an additional fee for early check in.

I like all the facilities especially the capsule bed me and my family enjoyed our quick vacation at pampanga. So peaceful and clean also comfortable

Front Desk can be easily pressured by demanding clients. Front desk forgot we were staying for 2 days, we got locked out of our room because of this

The aircon at room 7306( 3rd floor) is now working. During our stay we Experienced very hot room. Please check the air conditioned unit at the room 306. Thank you very much.

Everything was so fantastic and gorgeous I never had been that kind of hotel. The bed was so comfortable and the inside room is so clean All the staffs are so kind and friendly I think you guys should be try here!! Also the swimming pool is awesome!! I hope if i have time to visit again the Clark i will be use the hotel seoul

Hotel Seoul is surprisingly clean and the room we were given is spacious and bright. The garden and pool are well maintained. My husband loves the Korean breakfast and the price is reasonable. The staff members are courteous but need more training for better services. The location is quiet and has many trees. It is perfect because it is not on a busy road but has nearby Korean grocery store and bakery/coffee shop with fantastic cream puffs.

The staff members are courteous but a bit slow in providing service. We arrived around 7pm and as we drove in the driveway we were compelled to bring our bags to the lobby as no staff members were there to help us. When We were registering, a male staff member walk to the front desk with his uniform half buttoned - it is quite unprofessional. Then when we were walking around we saw some male staff members taking a bath in believe in their staff room, they were speaking loudly that’s why it caught our attention. So I believe they need more training

the room comes with buffet breakast with korean and filipino dishes. they have a nice restaurant, frontdesk and the room has pool access. the property is inside clark freeport exchange. the hotel is only one year old. Everything is new and the place has development for expansion.

Staff removed my luggage plus wallet and passport from my room before I checked out after informing them that I will be back to check out just to find all my stuff at the lobby packed for me. Did not appreciate that at all.

I love the pool... so big and so clean... the room is big and comfy. Friendly and very accomodating staff.

Going to the third floor via stairs is a torture especially for elderly. Hope they can work in putting an elevator.

2 of us stayed for short golf trip. We planned early tee off so booked for 2 nights with breakfast. but when we arrived, room was not available also was told person in charge to arrange booking.com finished work for the day. We were able to got the room after 2 hours. Then again, I was told the breakfast is only for one person, need to pay extra 350 pesos each meal for my partner. (I explained the rate without bf was 1500 pesos cheaper, which is more than enough for 2 ppl breafast). With this hectic breakfast deal we got, next morning set menu was with two eggs written and photos, but I got only one. And they ask extra charge if I want 2 eggs. Room has one unbrella looks already been used (but the tag says if you wish to purchase it is 1000 peso) I did not want to buy it but used once only for to get my unbrella from my car. Also I ended up got asked 1000 peso, because I used. Even if I want the umbrella I won't buy such a cheap and used by others for 1000 peso. Makes me think they put umbrella on purpose just for sales not for customer's convienence. Strange policy, never concern about customers are happy with. Next building is under construction, real hard to bare the noise either. Yet some of staffs are very kind, also provided late check out for all the hassles, but we did not want to stay any longer. Overall, worst place I have been in the area, will never come back again.

the place is good.

the payment, not sure if i was double charge. i booked in online usung my card. upon checking out, front desk asked me to pay incash. needs to revisit the policy and customer should be well informed thru emails if payment was already made during the booking.

The room was big for its price and it was great that they provide 2 large beds with very comfy pillows but our room was on the 3rd floor and with no elevator it was a bit of a climb for me and my kid with some of our bags. I cant imagine going up with luggage in tow. The AC could not cool our room and they said they were full so we couldnt transfer. So we had a restless night tossing and turning. The pool was large enough but had no shallow end for my toddler so we just dipped for an hour. The location was far from the commercial district so when you want to go out and get a snack you have to drive a bit or settle for the hotel resto which we didn't try because I heard it was expensive.

The staff were nice but not really friendly nor accommodating. We were supposed to check in at 3pm and the room was still not ready when in fact check in should have been at 2pm. The hotel didnt have anything for me to go back to so I'd rather stay somewhere else.
